Shipping information:

Order processing time takes 1-2 business days(except mommy and me onesies, please allow 3-4 days) after your order is placed. When purchasing, please make sure that you select the correct size and that you place your complete name, address, state & zip code . I do not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery nor will the order be refunded. All orders are shipped through USPS priority mail & a SIGNATURE DELIVERY is required on orders over $100. Upon shipping, all customers will receive a email from Boss Queenss regarding purchase confirmation.  If you come across any problems regarding your package, please contact your local post office for answers or to file a claim as all packages are fully insured. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order. Shipping delays may apply due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Refund Policy:

 ALL products are checked for rips, stains & defects upon purchasing/shipping. There are no refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

Cancellations:

Upon submitting your order, please be sure about your purchase. There are NO cancellations once your order has been successfully placed. There are absolutely NO cancellations once your order has been shipped .
